We only use high quality paints with proven durability and finishing such as Nippon or Dulux.
Every project is different in size and obstacles and therefore require different amounts of labour and time. Some may have more holes, or stains, or furniture to attend to, while some are very straightforward. Estimation of timing will be more accurate after we have visited the site.
It is not necessary to move out because the paints have relatively low odour. Most clients can sleep in the painted room the same day it was painted. However, some people may have sensitive noses, where even low odour is intolerable. There is no such thing as completely odourless paint, it all depends on your nose. However, it would definitely be appreciated if you could vacate while the painting is on-going as lesser people means lesser obstruction, which also means lesser chance of mistakes and accidents.
