Little bit of hiccup at the start because I forgot to inform security about them coming to do painting. The last minute approval from condo management made everything delay. Even though the security made them wait in the hot sun, their attitude was still good when they reach my door and they still smile even though they were sweating. I really appreciate their professionalism and understanding. Quite rare to see such good working attitude these days.
